The ‘’Promoter’’ is Clinicall LTD, 402, Daisyfield Business Centre, Appleby St, Blackburn BB1 3BL. £500.00 is the ‘’Reward’’, the recipient of the reward will be the ‘’Referrer’’. The referrer will qualify for the reward should all of the following conditions be met.
- Reward may only be claimed for registered GP’s with Clinicall who have not registered in the past.
- The named GP must be fully qualified with a valid GMC number, which should be provided on registration.
- The named GP must have worked 20 full days (40 sessions in total) before the reward is issued.
- Promoter will issue the reward in 10 working days to the referrer through the contact details given through the promotion.
- Clinicall reserves the right to alter or close the Promotion at any time and without notice.
- The promotion is not open to Clinicall present or past employees or their families.
- It is the responsibility of the referrer to confirm the correct details including name and contact details to the promoter.
- There is no limitation on the number of referrals a referrer may make.
- Bank details will be requested for payment purposes, it is the responsibility of the referrer to confirm they are correct.
