How do I register with Clinicall?

What do I need to provide Clinicall with?

Once you have registered, a member of our Operations Team will contact you to discuss what dates you need covering and establish the duties you require fulfilling.  We will then communicate your vacancies immediately to our pool of quality registered locums.

What are your rates?

Locum rates can vary depending on the specific requirements of the vacancy itself. For example session length, duties, visits or on-call. Seasonal and external factors can also influence rates.

What about NHS pension contributions?

Having sourced locum cover through a third party intermediary, you will not be liable to pay any NHS pension contributions.

Do you provide locum documentation?

All our locums are fully compliant with the relevant medical documentation when presented to our clients for consideration. We submit their full professional portfolio once you accept their offer of cover and confirm the booking.

How will I be kept updated?

You will have a designated Operations Team contact who will liaise directly with you and keep you informed of any offers of cover that are received. We provide regular updates to our clients via email and telephone whilst your vacancy is still active.

Will locum work suit me?

This depends entirely on your current circumstances. Most of our locums choose this field as it allows them more flexibility with other aspects of their lives, whether this be spending more time with family or pursuing leisure activities.

How do you communicate your locum opportunities?

We communicate our vacancies on a daily basis via email, telephone and social media. Any new locum vacancies are communicated immediately by our Operations Team as soon as we receive them

How do I apply for locum positions?

Express an interest in a vacancy by simply responding to a communication along with the dates you can cover and your preferred session timings. We will then secure the vacancy with the client leaving you free to continue with your day–to-day activities.

What rates do you pay?

Rates can vary between clients depending on the nature of the vacancy itself. Each client has its own unique requirements and this is reflected in the rate which we can offer you. Seasonal and external factors can also influence rates.

What support do you offer locums?

We regularly host free training events providing you with opportunities to maintain your professional portfolio. We can also organise DBS checks for you should you require this service.
